Southern Cross University Filming Project

On Wednesday, November 28th, a film crew from Southern Cross University visited Mullaway to film footage of our teachers doing what they do best, teach.

The footage will be used to show Southern Cross University student teachers examples of high quality teaching pedagogy.

The film crew worked in Mrs. Gentle's Kindergarten class during reading groups and later in the hall during sensory learning. They also worked in Miss Eichmann's K/1 classroom for a guided reading lesson and then in Mr. King's Year 6 classroom for a writing lesson.

Our students were wonderful during the filming and were able to continue with the learning routines without being distracted by the film crew. Thank you to our teachers; Mrs. Gentle, Mr. King, Miss. Eichmann, Mrs. Conallin and Mr. Corbett who were involved in the project.
